Perhaps the cleanest place I've ever stayed. Everything was in good working condition, spacious and just lovely. We had a room facing away from the street, so our balcony was lovely. A unit facing the street might not have been as pleasant, but I don't know that for sure. Also, we stayed on 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This was not a problem for us, but for someone older or with medical conditions that might not be the case. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again if we wanted to be in Scottsdale.

Just completed a one week stay June 11-18, 2010. This former condo purchased by Diamond Resorts needs lots of rennovation. Postage size pool being replaced by giant pool, so construction until Jan 2011. Furniture was outdated, dirty and carpet was old. Bathroom needed caulking around tubs. Doors in unit squeaked. No HDTV. Three story units with 19 outside stairs between floors. We stayed on bottom floor and could hear folks above us walking around. Most patios face the parking lot. Yes, there is WiFi but you have to pay for it in room. Two computers were in lobby. While there, outside contractor came in to measure windows for new curtains. This is a five year plan to replace all. Fitness center was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance was responsive. House cleaning was good. Too bad the staff didn't have a better facility to work with. Maybe in five years. Avoid this unless you like disappointment.

  • More bad then good.

The actual room/condo itself was very nice, confortable and spacious. Check in prompt but I was imediately foised onto a person who tried to, under very high pressure, make an appointment for me the next day at one of there sister properties to hear a sales pitch. I was a paying customer, not staying as a freebee, and did not appreciate the pressure. After I was in my room an hour he called again! Unacceptable. Pool area very small and disappointing. If you plan to spend portions of your day at the pool I would not recommend staying here. I actually checked out early and went to another place and upon check out I was not asked how my stay was or why I was leaving early. Not even a thank you for staying with us. Very disappointing.
